About the Pharmacy Blog
Welcome to the Pharmacy Blog! We’ve been late for 10 years, but here we are! And we’ve wanted to publish it on the 23rd of April, Saint George and the World Book Day!
Like the rest of CRAI’s Blogs (blogs of the libraries at the Learning and Research Resources Center), the Pharmacy Blog, the Library of Pharmacy’s blog, wants to be a space of communication in order to:
• Spreading activities, resources and services of the Pharmacy Library and of the CRAI.
• Keeping briefed of their news library users or visitors and/or subscribers to its RSSfeed.
• Promoting the participation of users in the activities of the library.
• Establishing a more direct channel of communication and participation among the user and his library, promoting some more amusing and attractive aspects, in order to be able to detect user’s opinions, trends and needs..
In this blog you will also be able to find -and to share- information related with the teaching, learning and research at the Faculty of Pharmacy (Degrees on Pharmacy, Food Science and Technology and, since the next course, Dietetics and Human Nutrition.
We encourage you to visit us on a regular basis or, much better, to subscribe to our RSS feed to receive our last posts and also to participate with your comments or proposals for new contents to bibfarinfo@ub.edu.
Last but not least, we recommend to you the reading of a recent article that will put you on the day of all the possibilities of communication of what’s known as the Web 2.0:
Kolbitsch Josef and Maurer Hermann. The Transformation of the Web: How Emerging Communities Shape the Information We Consume. Journal of Universal Computer Science, Quiere. 12, No. 2 (2006), pp. 187-213.
Sorry but, by the moment, we are unable to translate all our posts in english!
We’re your library!
